Please Note: If you pilot the Group before the scheduled time you must remember to clear out the data prior to conducting the group.
If you do forget, the system will automatically clear all data from the group 5 minutes before the groups scheduled time.
- Log into your GroupQuality account.
- The Group Quality Dashboard will be displayed.
- Select Groups from the main menu.
- Click on the Group Name in the Active Groups list and the Group Activity Dashboard screen will be displayed.
- Click on the Clear Workspace Data button.
- Group workspace data will be cleared out and you will receive a confirmation message.
