Sending invitations to participants, observers and moderators in a live (real-time) online group.
When conducting either a live chat based group or live online webcam & audio focus group the process of sending out the invitations is the same.
If you have scheduled a group to occur some time in the future, once you have brought together your discussion plan, added your participants, observers and the moderator, you are ready to send out the invitations. You will need to go to your group's activity manager area and select the Participants tab - as shown below.
- You can either select to send out invitations to each individual in your group by simply selecting the Send button for each group member - located in the right side of the screen.
- If you would like to send out all the invitations at the same time you can select the Send to all button located under the Emails section - located in the left side of the screen.
Please note: GroupQuality will automatically assign each person a secure password specific to the group and only the recipient of the email invitation will be able to view this password.
If you would like to reset an individuals password just repeat the above process for sending to individuals and GroupQuality will assign a new secure password for that individual.
