- Choose Plans > Discussion Topic and select the appropriate discussion topic in the list.
- Follow the discussion topic row to the Actions column and select the Delete link.
- A delete confirmation window will appear.
- If the discussion topic is currently assigned to a plan, the window will notify you with a warning message. To view the details of this notification select the View Details button On selecting this link you will be presented with the Item History window. From here you can view the Plans and Groups using the chat prompt and the status of those groups.
- If you choose to delete the discussion topic you can enter a reason for the deletion - this may be useful for audit purposes.
- Select the Delete button.
- The discussion topic will be deleted and removed from the list.
- You will be taken back to the Discussion Topics section and will see an alert when the discussion topic has been successfully deleted.
