- Choose Plans > Page and select the appropriate Page in the list.
- Select all the pages you want to add to your survey using the check boxes.
- Click the Add selected to a slide set button.

- A slide set selection window will appear and will list the name of the pages and will include a drop down list to select the slide set you want to add the pages to.

- Make a Slide set selection from the available drop down list. If no slide sets are available you will need to first create a slide set.
- Select the Add to slide set button.
- A confirmation will appear once the pages have been added to the slide set.
- You will be returned to the pages section.
