- Choose Plans > Questions and select the appropriate Questions in the list.
- Select all the questions you want to add to your survey using the check boxes.
- Click the Add selected to a survey button.
- A survey selection window will appear and will list the name of the questions the type of question and will include a drop down box to select the survey you want to add the question to.
- Make a Survey selection from the available drop down list. If no surveys are available you will need to first create a survey.
- Select the Add to Survey button.
- A confirmation will appear once the question has been added to the survey.
- You will be returned to the Questions section.
