- Select the Create a slide set button.
- The Create a Slide Set window will appear.
- Enter the following information:
- Label - information to help identify this item (eg. Training tutorials)
- Duration (optional) - how long group members will have to complete the slide set before the next queued plan item is loaded.
- Description - a description of the slide set such as what you are intending to use the slide set for
- Admin Comment (optional) - place some information about this slide set such as why it was created, for whom and how long it should be kept
- Title - add a title to the slide set as seen by the group of participants.
- Reversible - select the check box if you would like to give the participants the option to go backwards as well as forwards through the slide set.
- Slide Controls - select the check box if you would like to give participants the option to jump to a slide in the slide set order.
- Save the slide set and and you will see located under the Slide Set details a table list of all the pages in the slide set.
- To add pages to the slide set go to the Pages tab and complete the process for adding pages to a slide set.
