The survey and quizzes section enables you to build either surveys or quizzes or a mixture of both. You build these from the question you have already created in the questions area of the plan manager. You must first create a survey or quiz to add the questions to. Once you have completed this process you can add questions, change the order of the questions, and remove unwanted questions as required. When you have completed building your survey or quiz you can then add it to the plan to be presented to your group participants. Like other items in the plan manage,r you can use the survey and quizzes you create as often as you like by simply adding them to new plans as they are created.
- Log into GroupQuality as an Administrator.
- The GroupQuality Dashboard will be displayed.
- Select the Plans menu.
- If you want to add the survey or quiz to a specific plan, click on the group plan name and select the Survey & Quizzes tab.
- If you would like to add a survey or quiz and decide later which plans to assign it to select the Survey & Quizzes link from the Plans main drop down menu.
- A list of all your current surveys & quizzes will be displayed.
