- Invitations - The Account Administrator sends email invitations to all selected participants after the initial creation of the group. By default GroupQuality provides a standard message you may use, edit or replace if you wish.
Note: you can either edit the email messages with every group that you create, or you can use the default message.
- Enter a Email Title, who the message is From and edit the body of the message.
- Reminders - The Account Administrator sends email reminders to all selected participants after the initial invitation message and can be sent at anytime before the groups schedule start date and time. By default GroupQuality provides a standard message you may use, edit or replace if you wish.
Note: you can either edit the email messages with every group that you create, or you can use the default message.
- Select the button - Save & Continue
- You will be taken to the Groups Activity Dashboard where you can manage all aspects of your group.
