The report area includes a number of specialist areas:
This report view provides an overview of the group details, individual participant activity and quick links to more details and CSV (excel) & PDF report downloads.
This is your main report area and provides a complete timeline of your group as it unfolded. You can view, search and download reports in CSV (excel) and PDF format. You can reveal the chat which occurred during each activity. The timeline can be filtered by individual participant or by plan item type and can be searched.
The private chat area lists all the private chat which occurred during the group session and includes the chat between the moderator and the participant, and the moderator and the observers. You can search and download the reports in CSV (excel) & PDF format.
The transcript analysis area enables you to narrow in on reoccurring and important keyword phrases used during the group discussion.
The top 10 occurring word phrases are displayed for 1 to 6 keywords and can be filtered using the available Phrase length and Occurrences filtering options.
The chat phrases presented in the tables on this page display a number of key metrics including phrase density (how often a phrase appears relative to all the words in the transcript) , the occurrence of those chat phrases (how often a word or phrase appears) and a weighting based on the overall use of that keyword phrase by the group. Click on a keyword phrase to open the full transcript and you are taken to the first occurrence of the phrase in the transcript.
You can also exclude words and only include certain keywords. The full density report can be downloaded in CSV (excel).
Video & Audio
Depending on your account type you will have access to video and audio recordings taken during your group. This section will list the video recordings in order of time activated.
To activate the recording simply click on the button to activate the play back window.
Video recordings can be played back online and it will sync each individual recording so that it plays as one group, rather than individual videos. At this time you can not download recordings, but we recommend that you use a tool like Camtasia studio to capture the parts of the video you wish to use for presentation purposes.
Usability testing reports are a comprehensive set of data charts generated from the usability tasks undertaken by each participant in the group. The usability task reports are presented in a summary view and can also be narrowed down to individual tasks for detailed analysis.
