The Plan Time-line is a basic order of the group activity you have created.
You will have the control and flexibility to initiate the plan in any order you like, but by structuring the plan you can quickly identifying and initiate the next group activity.
- Items are added by selecting the appropriate item tab and choosing items from the available list by selecting the check box associated with the item and the selecting the Add selected to Plan button. (For more information on each item type please review each section of the Plan tutorials.)
- You can change the order that the items appear in the plan by hovering over the item number, holding down the left mouse button and dragging the item into a new position and then releasing the mouse button. The item will then be renumbered and slotted into the desired order in which you want them to appear to the moderator in the workspace.
- Select an item in the Plan time-line.
- Click on the X in the top right to remove the item from the the plan.
- The plan will be removed from the time-line.
Download as PDF or CSV File
You can download the Plan Time-line in a PDF or CSV for Excel file format.
- Go to the Download as link and select the PDF or CSV (Excel) link.
- File download window will be displayed.
- Select to open or save as required.
