Q 3. How do i test my group (conduct a pilot test) before the group begins?

To run a live pilot test, you can create a new group and select your plan https://support.groupquality.com/hc/en-us/articles/201170337-2-Create-and-schedule-a-new-group and include a few participants from your organisation to run through the group and the plan. You can do this as often as you like!

Q 5. Can I conduct two groups or interviews at the same time?
A 1. Yes. If your account type allows for more than one Moderator. The same moderator can not conduct two groups or interviews at the same time, but two different moderators can - if your account type has the required number of moderators.
Q 6. How much data will an audio and video session use?
