- Log into your Group Quality account.
- The Group Quality Dashboard will be displayed.
- Select Panel Manger from the main menu.
- Go to the member you would like to edit in the Members table and follow the row to the Actions column and select the Edit link.
- The Edit Group Member window will appear enabling you to change the following information:
- First Name
- Surname
- Email address
- Type
- Daytime contact
- Mobile contact
- Timezone
- Demographic information
- Source ID
- User comments.
- Select the button - Save & Close.
- You will be returned to the members section and will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen when the members details are successfully saved.
