Administrators can import a list of members into their Group Quality account. The member list must be in CSV format. You can use the same process to import member directly into a project list.
- Log into your GroupQuality account.
- The Group Quality Dashboard will be displayed.
- Select Panel Manager from the main menu.
- Select either the main Members section or a Project list you have created.
- Select the button in the top right - Import a CSV File.
- The import window will appear providing details on file format and what fields are required and in what order.
- Download the CSV file template (attached here) from this window and populate it with the member information.
- If the file exists in the appropriate format, click the Browse button.
- Your computers file explorer window will appear, choose the appropriate file and select open.
- An alert will be displayed showing the name of the file to be uploaded and the number of new members it will create.
- Click on the Upload file button, to continue the import and create the members.
- A confirmation file upload message will then be displayed, click OK to continue.
- The members detailed in the file will now be be uploaded into the Members table.
- Any duplicates of existing members will be ignored (ie not uploaded to the database) and if there are any issues with the data in the CSV file an error message will be displayed.
- Any members uploaded to a project list which currently exist in the main member panel will be added to the project list, but not duplicated.
