Providing your discussion board is still in Draft mode, the participant list can be changed from the Manage area of the board. The participant list drop down is populated from a GroupQuality Panel Manager Project list.
- From the discussion board Dashboard select the Board Name. The Manage tab will be displayed showing board details.
- Select the Edit board button. Your board will be displayed in Edit mode.
- Go to the Participant List section in the left hand column.
- Select a participant list from the available drop down list project lists in your panel manager.
- Select the Save changes button at the bottom or top of the screen and a confirmation message will be displayed.
- Go to the Participants tab and the board Participants, Moderators and Observers will have updated.
Trouble shooting: If the participants list has not updated, go back to the boards Manage tab and find the Select project list section again and click on the Fetch List button. This will ensure that your participant list is updated. Once done you can check the list has updated by going to the Participants tab.
