If I have an issue how do I contact support?
GroupQuality is a full self-service software solution.
Before you log a support request please check the comprehensive set of online articles and tutorials. You will find in most questions have already been answered and it is much faster to search the support centre for help than request email support. If you need to contact support to report an issue you can do so by using your support centre which is available to you once you log into your account.
Please note: so we can provide you with affordable and easy to use software we only provide assisted email support. We do not currently offer live phone support, but we do provide scheduled online training session which can be purchased at $150 per hour with a minimum of one hour.
